Brown butter adds a touch of class to many dishes. My family (grown kids) raved about these beans!
I did make a few changes though. I used fresh, French green beans with 3 finely sliced shallots and they needed to cook 5-6 minutes to get really tender. I also added an extra tablespoon of butter and crushed garlic instead of minced. Results were excellent & preparation super easy. These beans would easily impress guests.
