How to Make It

Step 1

Place fish on rack of a broiler pan coated with butter spray. Coat fish with butter spray; sprinkle with lemon-herb seasoning and salt.

Step 2

Broil fish 5 1/2 inches from heat 8 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.

Step 3

While fish broils, combine pineapple and remaining ingredients. Top each fillet with 1/4 cup pineapple salsa.

Step 4

Serve immediately.
