How to Make It

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°.

Step 2

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, and spoon into a 2-quart casserole. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

Great recipe! I followed the suggestion of another reviewer and added a little more milk. I also topped with shredded cheddar for the last 15 minutes. The only change I may make next time is to chop the broccoli finer. The brand I bought had rather large pieces for a casserole.

We loved this dish. I used cream of broccoli instead of mushroom since the hubby doesn't like mushrooms. And I added a bread crumb topping. Almost like the one they serve at Cheddar's

Easy and delicious. Two things I changed about the preparation were I sauteed the onion before I mixed it in and I put a tad more milk than just 1/4 of a cup. Came out much better the second time with these changes.

TASTED GREAT! I added chicken and a little more cheese because I love Velveeta. It also froze well which is great for when I travel and my husband is left on his own for dinner.
