How to Make It
Heat bacon in a large skillet over medium heat; cook, stirring often, until crispy. Remove bacon to a paper towel-lined plate using a slotted spoon; set aside.
Add ramen noodles to the bacon drippings in pan over medium heat. Stir in eggs and cheese; cook until cheese melts. Stir in the sweet peppers, tomatoes, and reserved bacon. Serve.
