Easy and a hit with the family.
Read MoreMade this this morning and it was so good! Next time I would add peppers, mushrooms and spinach for something a little more nutritional!
Read MoreAlways a crowd pleaser. I usually make one with turkey bacon and one with turkey sausage for hearty ski weekend breakfast. Kids and adults gobble it up. This is easy to prep the night before. I precook the crust and meats, then pre-measure other ingredients so that I just have to top the pizza and bake in the morning. I have made this recipe numerous times and am about to make it for Christmas morning to serve along with CL Bananas Foster bread and fresh cut fruit.
Read MoreGreat recipe and easy to make. I did not make the outer rim high enough and some of the egg mix came out. I just trimmed it off after baking and it turned out great. May add some vegetables to make it even healthier. The possibilities are endless. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED RECIPE!!!
Read MoreDelicious! Used pastry sheet (like crescent roll but without cuts) in 9x13 container. Used potatoes O'Brien instead of hash browns and used 8 eggs instead of substitute.
Read MoreYUUMMMMY FOOD THIS IS VERY GOOD.
Read MoreIt was so good.
Read MoreI thought this was too cheesy. And needed some more toppings.
Read MoreA little too thin for my liking.
Read MoreDelicous! Everyone loved it. Used regular sausage but could easily use the light and add lots of other goodies. I used a 9x13 pan and the cresent rolls were stretched but managed ok.
Read MoreThis was a great change of pace for breakfast. My five year old loved it. I didn't have a pizza pan so I used a 9x9 cake pan; Came out great.....little thick but great. Used ready to eat turkey sausage and added spinach and mushroom. Next time I will use pizza pan and load it up with veggies ......perfect disguise for the little one. Quick and easy!
Read MoreLove this recipe! Rarely do all of the kids (ages 7-12) like the same things. We tried this for breakfast and everyone ate it with rave reviews. So easy to put together (we fried the sausage the night before) and was good to know the kids had full tummies before school. Yum! We'll make this one again and again.
Read MoreWe all love this recipe in my household! I add a ton more veggies to the recipe though, just to make it that little bit more healthy..... green peppers, onions, fresh tomatoes and mushrooms. Yum!
Read MoreSince I didn't have a pizza pan available, I jused a pie pan instead. It just didn't work. It look longer for the eggs to set. It was tasty, but not something I am looking forward to eating again. I think I will try it on a lower temperature and longer cooking time.
Read MoreThis is a favorite at our house, usually as a special treat for "night breakfast." I do prebake the crescent crust for about 5 minutes, but otherwise follow the recipe exactly. Usually served with cinnamon rolls and broiled grapefruit.
Read MoreWe loved this recipe. It was my 13 year old daughter's turn to cook and she made this recipe. I was a little skeptical but it came out GREAT!
Read MoreTastes good, however I had problems with preperation. I used a premade pizza crust, because I wanted this to be more like a 'real' pizza. Everything was pretty easy to put together, however when I took the pizza out of the oven the majority of the egg ended up on the bottom of the pizza crust. Which caused a burnt mess. Next time I might see if cooking the eggs a bit before hand might help the problem.
Read MoreI make this with vegetarian sausage crumbles since my daughter is vegetarian. We love it.
Read MoreQuick easy meal that tastes fantastic. I use turkey sausage and egg white egg beaters, tastes great with less fat.
Read MoreThis is a great recipe for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or brunch. I used a Boboli pizza crust - sprayed w/ cooking oil and cooked solo for 10 minutes in 450 degree oven. After baking I followed the instructions but also added chopped tomatoes and crushed red pepper prior to baking and then topped with fresh chopped basil just before serving. Yum!
Read MoreWe loved this recipe. I precooked the dough for about 7 or 8 minutes like others suggested. To save time I used precooked turkey sausage patties. Very good texture and flavor to this breakfast pizza!
Read MoreMy son wanted me to make a breakfast pizza, but I couldn't find one to fit into my healthy lifestyle! This fit the bill!! We all loved it!! He told me to save this one to make again (he's 12)! I also couldn't find turkey breakfast sausage, so I used mild turkey sausage I just removed the casing. I also cooked up the eggs before putting over the pizza, I didn't want a huge mess. We will be making this again!!!
Read MoreThis was surprisingly good! I made this for Easter brunch with my family. I couldn't find turkey breakfast sausage, so I used 1/2 ground turkey and 1/2 italian pork sausage. The guys couldn't tell at all! I also used reduced-fat cheddar instead of FF (couldn't find it in the store). The flavor was good--I couldn't tell that reduced-fat foods were used to prepare. I doubled the recipe and used a jelly roll/cookie sheet.
Read MoreI made this for a fundraiser brunch meeting at my house and it was a hit. I had vegetarians in the mix so I replaced the sausage with spinach and then put sliced roma tomatoes on top before baking. I am going to make the orginal version for my family next!
Read MoreThis pizza is AMAZING! I only changed the following things based on suggestions of other reviews: I used a 13x9 (measured by inseam) cookie sheet vs. a pizza pan - I didn't add salt - and I pre-baked the dough for 5min. On my own advice I did have to use 12oz. egg beaters vs. 8oz b/c the pan was a bit too big for the 8oz to spread. I probably could've used a bit more dough than 8oz. as when I pre-baked it the dough shrunk a bit & left a small part of the pan uncovered but still, it was excellent!! I baked it for 20min after the toppings were placed. Will make over & over & over again!
