How to Make It
Melt butter in a heavy saucepan over medium heat. Add sugar and salt; cook until lightly browned. Add cucumber and onion; cook, stirring constantly, until onion is tender. Add tomatoes, water, lemon juice, and dillweed. Cook an additional 12 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in sour cream. Serve immediately.
