Freeze fresh peach and lime slices on a parchment-lined pan, and drop a few into your drink for a frosty garnish.

How to Make It

Combine first 3 ingredients in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; transfer to a bowl set over ice water, and cool to room temperature. Transfer peach mixture to a blender; process until smooth. Combine peach mixture, bourbon, and lime juice; serve over ice.

This was a huge hit at our family beach vacation. I used a little less lime juice (about 3/4 cup) cause that was what one bag of limes made. We made a second batch using rum instead of bourbon but this was better

This is fantastic!!! As previously reviewed, it is well balanced (I was afraid the lime would be too strong) - just make sure to give it a moment to blend and mellow. I used labrot & graham woodford reserve bourbon and did not bother peeling my peaches. It was delish - you are going to want to make this!!!

This will be a new favorite at our house every time peach season rolls around. The drink is perfectly balanced and very smooth using Maker's Mark.
