We took the easy drink that's taken the internet by storm and made it even better. Take your Dalgona coffee up a notch by adding an indulgent dose of coffee liqueur to the mix.
Mix together sugar and coffee granules in bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a whisk attachment. Add water, and mix on low to combine.
Add liqueur, and increase mixer speed to medium-high, mixing until pale brown and whipped to soft peaks, 7 to 10 minutes. Serve as topping on cold milk, hot coffee, or Irish Cream on the rocks.
