You really can’t eat just one once you break out these grown-up fruit snacks, but take it slow—they’re strong. While we opted for a variety of melon balls here, you could use this recipe for any of your favorite summer fruits—from sliced peaches to strawberries.  

How to Make It

Stir together watermelon, honeydew melon, cantaloupe, vodka, and limeade in a large bowl. Cover with plastic wrap, and chill at least 4 hours. Toss with fresh mint, and serve immediately.
