Makes 6 cups

The classic mimosa is equal parts orange juice and Champagne. In this cocktail recipe, pineapple juice and grenadine add a twist of flavor and color.

How to Make It

Step 1

Stir together first 3 ingredients.

Step 2

Pour equal parts orange juice mixture and Champagne into Champagne flutes.

Step 3

*2 (12-oz.) cans ginger ale or lemon-lime soda may be substituted.

Step 4

Note: For testing purposes only, we used Simply Orange 100% Orange Juice.

We have this every Thanksgiving. It is a slight twist on traditional mimosas and everyone loves it!

I have made these on two different occasions and they have gotten rave reviews!! Very easy and Yummy!! We have begun a tradition now of Muffins and Mimosas with this wonderful recipe!
