Yield:
1 2/3 cups (serving size: about 2 tablespoons)

How to Make It

Combine the first 3 ingredients in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil; add blueberries. Return to a boil, and cook 1 minute. Cool.

Really great flavor. I agree with zeppelin- it would be excellent on cheesecake, too.

This has such a great flavor! I made this with the Gingerbread Cake and my husband and I love it. Will make again. It would be a great sauce for a traditional cheesecake as well.
