YUM. This is easy and so good. I did add a little Splenda. I am a fan of sweet and hot.

This sounded so weird but I loved it. It has such a great blend of flavors and while I served it on pita chips, I also threw it on pork tenderloin as an afterthought. Yummy! I'll be making this all blueberry season long.

Next time I will double the recipe and put it in more bowls. We had to pass the serving bowl back and forth so much. Everyone loved it. I would totally eat it with chips, or it would go great with any kind of meat. We really liked the tenderloin. I left the jalapeno's out. (for the young ones). If I was eating it on chips I would chop all the blueberries. It won't look as pretty, but it would be easier to eat.
