Yield
4 servings (serving size: 1 parfait, including 1/4 cup maple-pecan granola)

This simple parfait requires just a few ingredients: yogurt, blueberries, and a luscious granola layered in between the yogurt. Don't have blueberries? No problem. Substitute your favorite in-season fruit. Because these great parfaits are so easy to assemble, they're great for kids who want to help out in the kitchen.

How to Make It

Spoon 1/4 cup yogurt into each of 4 parfait glasses; top each serving with 1/4 cup blueberries. Top each serving with 1/4 cup Maple-Pecan Granola, 1/4 cup yogurt, and 1/4 cup blueberries.

I would give this 4 stars except that the granola was burnt.  I will adjust it the next time I make this.  Other than that it was very tasty.

Great and easy

The granola was very easy to make, it is harder to keep my husband from eating it straight out of the container.  We love these parfaits, and with blueberries being so inexpensive in the grocery store right now we're eating this regularly, and my husband isn't complaining one bit.  I keep asking if he's tired of these almost every morning, and he says not yet.
