It doesn't hurt to pop this under the broiler for a minute. Not too long because you don't want the cream part to get warm throughout. Just enough to get the brown sugar to start melting. (I use plain greek yogurt or, for decadence, vanilla greek yogurt.)
Always, the brown sugar with sour cream will delight your taste buds. When using strawberrys, I use half brown & half white sugar, but then put a tablespoon of balsamic vinegar in the mix. It spikes all the flavors!
