The Blue Whale is a signature cocktail at the Whale Watching Bar at Sandos Finisterra resort in Los Cabos, Mexico. As a blue whale is to Baja so is Curacao to this martini: a sweet delight.
How to Make It
Combine Curaçao and crème de cassis in an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously. Strain into a martini glass, and top with Champagne or sparkling wine. Garnish, if desired.
