I made this to accompany your super quick chili. I served it with raw veggies. There was enough left to use during the week. It is a quick, easy recipe that I will use again.

Was serving chili for lunch and was looking for something to moderate the heat. Thought this would do the trick - I was right. Made it according to the directions, served it with carrot and celery sticks and tortilla chips. The blue cheese wasn't overwhelming and I was hooked. This one is a keeper.
