How to Make It

Thinly slice half a baguette. Place the rounds on a baking sheet and broil them until they're golden brown (about 1 1/2 minutes per side).

Divide the blue cheese among the toasted bread slices. Drizzle 2 tablespoons honey evenly over them.

Great easy recipe. The second time I made this I didn't have any honey, so I sliced the bread dryed it out in the oven toped with blue cheese then spread Fig jam or preserves on top, everyone loved the taste. Would make again with the honey or fig jam.

Made this for a recent get together and everyone raved over it. Wish I didn't have to tell them how simple it was.

This was a really simple dish that I started making and people seem to really enjoy it (plus think it was harder than it was which is a compliment).

We enjoyed the sweetness of the honey combined with the savoriness of the blue cheese. I would definitely make this again. It was so simple and easy.
