Fabulous! I make this recipe all the time but I always leave out the garlic. This will only last in the fridge about 3 days before the ingredients start breaking down and go watery. Cut in half if you won't use it all soon. I always go on the high side of the ingredients with a dash more blue cheese. Grocery store blue cheese will work nicely but a better quality blue cheese will make this divine. I use Whole Foods brand blue cheese. Excellent on blacked chicken burgers with provolone.
