½ cup fresh lemon juice
3 cups fresh blackberries
6 tablespoons sugar
½ vanilla bean, halved lengthwise
1 ½ cups vodka
Ice

Directions

Step 1
Start with fresh lemon juice in a pitcher. Place blackberries and sugar in a food processor; process until blended. Press mixture through a fine sieve into pitcher with lemon juice, and discard solids. Scrape seeds from vanilla bean into pitcher. Stir in vodka, and serve over ice.

Best adult lemonade EVER!! I had to substitute 1 tsp. vanilla extract for the bean, but what an addition that vanilla makes!!! I used my vitamix for the blackberries, so no need to strain. IMO this only serves 6...so I will happily make this again for 5 of my closest friends! LOL
