You can use any fresh or frozen berry in this shake. It's easy to take to the office in a small insulated container for a quick breakfast on the go.

How to Make It

Combine all ingredients in a blender; process until smooth. Strain blackberry mixture through a sieve; discard seeds.

Delicious! I used 4 tubes of mixed berry Go-Gurts, because I didn't have any plain yogurt. I think you could use any flavor of yogurt. My kids loved these!

Delicious!! I have made it several times in just the past week. the apple juice and honey are what make it. I have been trying to perfect my smoothie for some time now and this is the recipe!! The kids love it so much it has become the new dessert for my family of sweet tooths!

Loved the recipe. Changed the berries to strawberry since I had them in the fridge. Also added soy protein powder. My two yr old enjoyed it too!
