  • Process 12-oz. package fresh blackberries, powdered sugar, and lime juice in a blender until smooth (about 30 seconds). Press mixture through a fine wire-mesh strainer into a large pitcher, using back of a spoon to squeeze out juice. Discard pulp and seeds. Stir in chilled water or club soda. Garnish, if desired.
