I've made this several times and it's always delicious. It makes a great side dish for tacos, grilled fish, etc. It will definitely be in my regular rotation for summer.

How to Make It
Combine black beans, mango, tomato, bell pepper, onion, cilantro, lime juice, olive oil, minced chipotle chile, 1 teaspoon adobo sauce, and kosher salt.
