Elegant dinners don't have to take a long time and a ton of effort—this one only takes 10 minutes. 

How to Make It

Step 1

Heat oil and 2 tablespoons of the butter in a large skillet over medium-high. Add garlic, and cook, stirring occasionally, until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add shrimp, red pepper, and salt; cook, stirring often, for 2 minutes. 

Step 2

Stir in wine, and cook, stirring occasionally, until shrimp are pink, about 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in lemon juice, parsley, black pepper, and remaining 2 tablespoons butter until butter melts. Serve over pasta or with crusty bread.
