Uh...maybe you should clarify what you mean by "weekend getaway", CL. My weekend getaways are to campgrounds, maybe a cabin once in a while. Please explain where to plug in the blender -- you know, if the beach condo happens to be full.

This was OK. I thought the smoothie lacked body. Perhaps I just prefer recipes with milk and less fruit. It is, however a great way to work towards your daily 5 fruits and veggies. I didn't use the greek yogurt, and this may be why it was lacking.
