  • Combine orange juice, lemon juice, sugar, 6 sticks cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg in a Dutch oven over medium heat; cook until sugar dissolves and mixture is thoroughly heated. Add cider, stirring well. Add applejack, if desired. Strain mixture, discarding stick cinnamon and cloves; pour into cups. Serve with stick cinnamon, if desired.
