This is outstanding! For the 1 cup of fruit I added frozen blackberries, strawberries, blueberries and raspberries. Plain Soy milk and vanilla organic fat free yogurt. I opted out of adding the probiotic capsules as they were hard to open so I just took with the smoothie. Highly Recommend!

How to Make It
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve in a tall glass.
