1/4 cup fresh-pressed beet juice
1/4 cup fresh orange juice
3 tablespoons (1½ oz.) gin
1 tablespoon (½ oz.) Campari
Orange slice, for garnish
How to Make It
Stir together fresh-pressed beet juice, fresh orange juice, gin, and Campari. Pour into an ice-filled rocks glass. Garnish with an orange slice, if desired.
