How to Make It

Combine flour and beef in a medium bowl; toss well. Combine beef mixture, potatoes, and remaining ingredients in an electric slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.

Nothing special, but a good goulash recipe and one I will probably make again. It's really easy to make. Added a pack of mushrooms for more flavor and a stew-like texture.

I grew up eating pretty authentic Hungarian Goulash on a regular basis, so to find one I could make for my family using the slow cooker felt too good to be true. But the recipe is solid and tastes so much like the one I knew growing up that I sent it to my mom to try out. I loved his, and make it regularly.
