¼ cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
4 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled

Directions

Step 1
In a food processor, whirl mayonnaise, barbecue sauce, and 1/2 cup cheese until blended. Spread on corn, roll in bacon, and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
