How to Make It

Step 1

Place the chicken wings in a large bowl and add ketchup, low-sodium soy sauce, honey or maple syrup, Worcestershire sauce, and a dash of hot-pepper sauce, if desired; mix well, turning chicken wings several times to be sure they're completely coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour or overnight.

Step 2

Preheat the broiler and broil the chicken wings for about 20 minutes, flipping them over halfway through cooking to brown both sides.
