How to Make It

In a small bowl, toss coleslaw mix, onion and vinegar. In a separate small bowl, combine chicken and barbecue sauce until the chicken is coated. Heap chicken onto bottom half of bun; top with coleslaw. Place other half of bun on top.

Very simple yet tasty. I enjoy the crunch of the slaw on top of the chicken. I didn't bother to shred the chicken. Just pan fried a piece that fit on the bun.
