This was really delicious! My 2 1/2yr old and I had it with breakfast one morning. It was really smooth and creamy. The only things we did different were: We had frozen chunks of mango in the freezer we used frozen, I think it made it thicker, and we used bottled lime juice instead of fresh. So easy with the frozen mango chunks.. would totally make again!

It is a good simple smoothie. I would add something like a banana or some yogurt to smooth it out a little, more so to slightly mask the fuzzy texture of the fibers.
