Combine beef, 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto Spread, basil, and next 3 ingredients; shape mixture into 4 patties.
Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Place over medium heat until hot. Add patties, and cook 5 minutes on each side or until done.
Place a lettuce leaf, 3 slices tomato, and an onion slice on bottom half of each roll; top with patties. Spread remaining Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto Spread evenly over patties. Top with remaining roll halves.
