  • Preheat oven to 400°.

  • Combine first 3 ingredients in a small bowl. Stir well; set aside.

  • Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and bell pepper; sauté 6 minutes or until tender.

  • Spread barbecue sauce over cut sides of rolls. Divide onion mixture and pork evenly between roll bottoms; top with roll tops.

  • Wrap sandwiches tightly in foil; bake at 400° for 15 minutes.
