How to Make It
Cut spareribs into serving-size pieces (about 3 to 4 ribs per person).
Place ribs, bone side down, on grill over slow coals. Grill 1 1/2 hours, turning frequently. Brush ribs with Western Kentucky- Style Barbecue Sauce, and cook 10 to 15 additional minutes on each side.
