I sub smoked paprika for the regular paprika and reduce the salt to 1/2 tsp. Everyone who tastes this rub loves it.
I thought this recipe was very flavorful. Made it formy sister and she loved it too.
This is an easy and very tasty way to make pork chops. You have to try it!
My husband hates pork chops. When I mention them he groans. He loved this recipe! Also my son who is very very picky! Lots of flavor!
This was a wonderful, wonderful rub!! I have never loved pork this much!!
This is an easy weeknight meal that's a staple in my house. It is juicy with lots of flavor.
This recipe was so simple, quick and delicious! I'm a decent cook but for some reason I've never been good with pork, I usually overcook it. I made the rub for 1" center cut pork chops and was it good. I got lots of compliments, we'll definitely do it again. Be careful of the brown sugar measurement, any more than the what the recipe calls for will make it sweet. Served with roasted potatoes and balsamic broccoli - yum!
Made to recipe using boneless chops, cooked 5 minutes on the George Foreman/rested 5 minutes prior to serving. Good flavor, juicy chops. Served with steamed brocolli and CL's Cheddar Grits from the "Down-Home Pork Chop Supper" menu. Very quick and easy supper.
I love how easy this is - everything is right on hand and easy to whip together after working all day. I tend to leave out the red pepper flakes and use a dash of cajun seasoning instead. I've made this several times and every one has been great. I like to pair with sweet potatoes and a spinich salad.
