Place ingredients in a food processor; process until smooth. Pour into freezer can of an ice-cream freezer; freeze according to manufacturer's instructions. Spoon into freezer-safe container; cover and freeze.
Very good recipe. You need to soften it for a while before attempting to scoop it after you've frozen it. I like to added white chips to it. I chopped them a bit and add them when the yogurt gets solid.

This is basically a frozen smoothie. I used it in my Kitchen Aid stand mixer attachment, and the consistency was perfect right out of the bowl. After storing it in the freezer, it freezes rock solid, but taking it out of the freezer for 15 minutes is enough to soften it just right. I love smoothies but can never finish the batches I make, so this is a perfect substitute, and all I have to do is take it out of the freezer!
