How to Make It

Step 1

Place bananas in food processor; process until smooth. Add sugar and lemon juice; process until well-blended. Pour mixture into the freezer can of an ice-cream freezer; add water and orange juice, stirring well.

Step 2

Freeze according to manufacturer's instructions. Spoon into freezer-safe container; cover and freeze.

Absolutely delicious! I added a tablespoon of rum to keep the sorbet soft. Tastes like a banana daquiri. Yum!
