I used both banana bread and date nut bread and they were both delicious. Easy, tasty addition to any brunch.

This is so easy and tasty and has been a hit every time I've made it. I've also made it with apple bread instead and it is still delicious. For a fancy touch, you can soften the goat cheese and use a pastry bag to pipe it on the bread for an elegant presentation.
