Balsamic Roasted Asparagus is a supereasy side dish that helps round out most any meal.

How to Make It

Step 1

Preheat oven to 425°.

Step 2

Snap off tough ends of asparagus. Place in a jelly-roll pan. Drizzle with olive oil and vinegar; sprinkle with salt, garlic, and pepper, tossing to coat. Bake at 425° for 10 minutes, turning once.

Just made this as written (mostly) I minced 2 cloves of garlic. That was the only difference.  It's wonderful!  Will use this recipe often!!

My 8-year-old daughter loves this recipe as much as I do. It's foolproof and tastes wonderful, it's quick and easy and uses common ingredients and, best of all, she said "it tastes better than the stuff at Earth Fare" in the prepared foods case. Doesn't get better than this!

awesome. i have used balsamic vinegarette before and it works well, but using balsamic vinegar is better.
