How to Make It

Step 1

Preheat oven to 425º.

Step 2

Place fish in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray. Drizzle with lemon juice; sprinkle with dill. Top with tomato and next 6 ingredients (tomato through black pepper); sprinkle with cheese. Pour wine into dish; cover with foil. Bake at 425º for 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.

This recipe is definitely a keeper. It is sooo easy to make, tastes wonderful and it presents well. I have made this recipe many times with great results each and every time. It looks very gormet when served on a platter. Would serve this to company for a fancy meal.
