How to Make It

Step 1

Whisk together first 3 ingredients. Place cheese in an 11- x 7-inch baking dish, drizzle with oil mixture, and top with pecans.

Step 2

Bake at 250° for 20 minutes. Serve with toasted bread or crackers.

This is so easy! I simply cut up the goat cheese and sprinkled it into the dish. I also added cracked pepper and a little bit of salt. So delicious and impressive!
