  • Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium (350°F to 400°F). Stir together brown sugar, chile powder, cumin, and salt in a small bowl. Spray corn pieces with cooking spray; rub all over with brown sugar mixture. Wrap 1 bacon slice around each corn piece, securing with toothpicks where necessary.
