All I can say, nothing special, just a burger.
I liked this recipe. It wasn't too difficult to make and it was a fun way to think about burgers. I didn't have dijon mustard so I substituted spicy brown mustard and that worked just as well and gave it a little extra kick without having to go too heavy with seasonings. If I would change anything I would say it would be easier to use sliced cheese rather than shredded. I didn't want to mash the patties too much but found the cheese tended to fall over before it melted.
GREAT SLIDERS!! The chopped shallot and dijon mustard mixed in with the hamburger meat added so much flavor and kept the burgers moist!! I would serve these any time, any place to everyone!!
