Fabulous! Super easy to make (my 12 year old did it) and so yummy. Did have to add salt as well.
This was a hit with everybody. I added 1 - 2 tablespoons of finely chopped red onion.
I made this recipe when I searched for a recipe to make with a few leftovers I had and it was A-MAZING. Basically ate it all myself.
Loved it. So easy, nutritious and pretty. Needs salt.
