We loved it...I actually just did 1 avocado and added about the same amount of sour cream and about a tsp of lime juice, and a little salt and pepper...delish!! Had to make a second batch in the middle of the meal because we liked it so much. Served it on top of a tortilla casserole.
The avocado cream was nothing special. It needs to be tweaked to be a really good recipe. It was very bland; I think plain avocado with a bit of salt would've tasted better than this creamy mixture. It needs a kick.
