This is a great recipe. I served it as a salad with a Hot Butter Chicken dish and it was just perfect to offset some of the heat from the main course. I will definitely make this one again, especially now that Asparagus season is almost upon us here on Canada's East Coast.
Very good. cooked tomatoes and asparagus for 15 minutes. Used regular balsamic. Very good.
this was great! used regular balsamic. didn't put tomatoes in first, just mixed together for 10 min. nice addition to asparagus.

Yum! This was simple and delicious. It could easily be adapted with other spices on hand. The white balsamic adds a nice peppery flavor without being too over powering.
Delicious. Used 3/4 cup of CL's Tomatoes Roasted with Rosemary and Lemon that I already had on hand. Chopped them and mixed with the asparagus and roasted all for 11 minutes. Served with CL's Fettuccine Alfredo. Made a wonderful meal.
Beautiful. I used blue cheese since that's what I had on hand, but the feta would have been better.
