My asparagus got a little too brown at 10 minutes - so I'll watch it more carefully next time but all in all this was a fantastic and easy dish. I just tossed the spears in the pan with the sauce (which I simmered down a little longer than 1 minute) and then plated them. Hubby loved it and he's not a huge fan of asparagus.
