This recipe is perfect. I have tried a lot of 'Asian' dressings, but this one is the best! Follow the recipe to a T, and you will not be disappointed :) Recipe makes 1/2 cup (8 tablespoons) total.

This is the dressing I've searched for having eaten salad at a Chinese restaurant that went out of business. What a fabulous flavor! If anyone is on the fence about this dressing, try it! It's the only oriental dressing I'll use and made from scratch is totally 100% the best!
