This easy 5-ingredient Asian salad is a super quick side dish that pairs well with Chinese, Thai,  and Japanese entrees.

How to Make It

Step 1

Combine lettuce, water chestnuts, and oranges in a large bowl; set aside.

Step 2

Combine vinegar and oil in a small bowl, stirring well with a wire whisk. Pour vinegar mixture over salad mixture, tossing well. Serve immediately, or cover and chill up to 1 hour, if desired.
